PAYMENT

    Unless a prior agreement has been made with 1stWave Technologies Ltd, goods will not be shipped until FULL PAYMENT is received. Below are the acceptable payment methods and their condition of use.

1. Cash & EFTPOS
    You can pay by CASH or EFTPOS in store for pickup of goods anytime during our business hours. DO NOT SEND CASH OVER THE MAIL.

 
2. Bank Deposit / Online Direct Credit Banking

The goods will be send out once the clear funds is shown in our account. In the payee field, please use Order Number as the reference.

 
3. Cheque
We don't accept cheque anymore.


4. Credit Card & Debit Card
We accept Credit Card & Debit Card payment made by all types of Visa and MasterCard issued by banks and other institutions with 1.89% surcharge. Available both online and in store.

Q Mastercard is also accepted at here.
 

We are using Real-time 128Bit SSL Secure Credit Card Transaction processing from WINDCAVE (Direct Payment Solutions DPS) which is one of the largest integrated EFTPOS and e-commerce switching providers in Asia Pacific. It enables us to offer you a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

Our bank will charge us approximately 3% surcharge on NZD Visa/ MasterCard transaction, but in order to save your money, we will only add a surcharge of 1.89% to the total amount of payment made to us using Credit Card option.

5. Store Layby

Here is the procedure. Firstly place an order via this website. In your online order, write in Instructions or Comments box that you wish to order this product via layby so we will process your order accordingly. Please note, a 10% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 26 weeks from the date of the order. If you give up the order, the 10% deposit is NOT refundable.

7. Laybuy
Buy now and Pay in 6 weekly payment!

LayBuy can be used in-store or over the phone, for products valued up to $1200 subject to your approved account limit. Orders will only be processed once we have received verification and approval from the LayBuy.

8. Gem Visa/Long Term Finance

We accept Gem Visa online and in-store as a normal Visa card with standard 1.89% Store surcharges. For purchase over $250, you are automatically entitled to 6 months interests free with Gem directly.

The Long Term Finance deals are available in-store or by phone, not online.

We have teamed up with GEM Finance to offer an everyday 12 months Interest Free plan on any purchase over $250 -- 2.99% Store surcharge applies.

SHIPPING

Our main national-wide courier company : NZ Post ( Courierpost ).

1. Weight
We define the weight for each product. The weight on our website is " Cubic Weight " of the parcel that you will receive rather than the actual weight. Cubic density is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. The cubic conversion rate is 200Kg per cubic meter, so 1 cubic weight =HxWxLx200.

2. Domestic & International Delivery.
We only do Domestic shipment at the moment.

Based on our freight company's rate for New Zealand, we defined 8 NZ Zones on our website which are Auckland Urban , Auckland Rural, North Island Urban, North Island Rural, South Island Urban, South Island Rural, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island.

In order to get an accurate freight calculation, please make sure you select the correct Zone when you register on our website. We reserve the right to alter your zone if the wrong one is selected.


3. NZ Freight

You can estimate shipping costs after you add products into your cart.



Our smart freight calculation system will calculate the freight based on both the "Cubic Weight" and the "Zone" of your shipping address. Once you add the product in the cart, you can select different Zone and then click on Update button to check the shipping freight for the product. The freight will be $0 if you intend to pick up from our office.

Please refer to the below chart for the shipping costs details of the purchase.

If you purchase more than 1 item, the calculation system will work out the combined shipping cost based on the total Cubic Weight. For example, if you buy one 3KG and one 10KG products shipping to North Island Urban address, the total weight will be 13Kg, but the system will charge you at $31 ( 15Kg rate) instead of $33.5 (10Kg+3KG rate). However, if you add another 2KG product, it will still be 15KG rate - there is no extra freight will be charged.

4. Signature requirement
The signature is required for all our parcel deliveries. Please make sure you check the parcel condition before signing. If you notice any damage on the parcel, please directly note the damage on the Courier's Signature Pad. Otherwise the courier company will consider the parcel received in good condition. If you don't sign for the damage, we will be not responsible for the damage as no claim can be made against the Courier Company.
