I. Shopping

1. Is the price include GST?

Yeah. All the price stated is Inclusive of GST (15%).

2. How long is the warranty?

All the products we sell are brand new come with at least one year warranty until specified, original invoice must be provided .

3. Do I have to create an account before I can make a purchase?

Yes, you have to create an account and you can check your order status afterward.

4. Do you provide Tax Invoices for GST purposes?

Yes we do.

5. What if I puchased item which is out of stock?

If you purchased an item which is out of stock you can wait until the stock comes or you can cancel your order without penalty, we will contact you if you have purchased a unstocked product, or contact us if you want to cancel your order.

II. Payment

1. How do I pay?

We accept payment from Cheque, Direct Deposit, Online Banking Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer. Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared.

2. Do you accept credit card?

We accept Credit Card payment made by Visa and MasterCard with 1.89% surcharge.

We are using Real-time 128Bit SSL Secure Credit Card Transaction processing from Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) NZ which is one of the largest integrated EFTPOS and e-commerce switching providers in Asia Pacific. It enables us to offer you a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

Our bank will charge us approximately 3% surcharge on NZD Visa/ MasterCard transaction, but in order to save your money, we will only add a surcharge of 1.89% to the total amount of payment made to us using Credit Card option.

4. Can I post a cheque as payment?

We will deposit the cheque on next working day, and it will not be considered payment until the cheque has been fully cleared by bank. It normally take 5 working days

5. Can I come in and pick up the goods and pay by Cash?

Yes. But we cannot guarantee we will always be available in the office as we may be out doing onsite jobs sometimes. So if you intend to visit or pick up the goods from our office, please contact us to confirm the time before you come.

6. Do you offer any finance options? Do you accept Layby.

No, we do not offer finance currently but we accept Layby. 26 weeks max to pay off after 10% deposit. No interest is charged, the goods will be released once fully paid.

7. What's the period of keeping the order?

5 working days. The order will be kept 5 working days after we get the order. It will be cancelled if we have not reveiced any payment or notice within that period.

III. Shipping

1. How much is the feight?

Our smart freight caculation system will caculate the freight based on both the "Cubic Weight" and the "Zone" of your shipping address. Once you add the product in the cart, you can select different Zone and then click on Update button to check the shipping freight for the product. The freight will be $0 if you intend to pick up from our office.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Item(s) will be shipped after the final payment has been received. If you need we send out the order on the same day after you make the payment, please contact us to verify your payment. Otherwise we only check payment at 10:30am once daily.

3. When will my order arrive?

Most orders are delivered to your door within 1 to 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days from your order acknowledgement for delivery (Some rural areas and certain items going to the South Island may take a little longer). We do not guarantee same day shipping (All orders require 6-24 hours processing time before shipping).
*We do not process orders during weekends.(No delivery on Saturday or Sunday)

4. Do you supply the courier's detail and tracking number?

Yeah. We can send email to you to confirm the delivery, include the freight company name and tracking number by requirement.

5. Do I need sign when I receive the parcel? What should I do if the parcel is damaged by the freight company?

The signature is required for all our pacel deliveries. Please make sure you check the parcel condition before signing. If you notice any damage on the parcel, please directly note the damage on the Courier's Signature Pad. Otherwise the courier company will consider the parcel received in good condition. If you don't sign for the damage, we will be not responsible for the damage as no claim can be made against the Courier Company. The Courier Company will deem that the parcel is damaged by yourself after the delivery with your signature.
